Senior Event Services Coordinator

Join our team as a Senior Event Services Coordinator where you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your ability to read and analyze banquet event orders will help streamline guest needs and ensure each event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze banquet event orders to determine guest needs and proper setup.
• Set up and maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Inspect storage for organization and cleanliness, adhering to First In First Out (FIFO) methods.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure all needs are met.
• Lead the final breakdown and cleanup of function rooms.
• Assist with hiring, training, and motivating staff to work efficiently as a team.
• Adhere to safety and security policies, reporting any incidents to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Move over various surfaces and navigate stairs efficiently.
• Perform a variety of physical tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.

The pay range for this position is $23.45 per hour, with benefits including health care, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
