Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts on various projects, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and airports.
• Prepare and manage conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, and Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP).
• Coordinate effectively with design teams, ownership groups, and internal project management to ensure seamless alignment during preconstruction phases.
• Support business development initiatives and proposal efforts as required.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators and preconstruction staff to promote professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex estimates and oversee preconstruction processes from concept through to project hand-off.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.
