Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Top Secret Clearance Required)

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a dedicated Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast-paced team supporting legal accounts. The role involves providing expertise in electronic discovery (eDiscovery) processes, supporting civil and criminal litigation, FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience with eDiscovery software such as Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery Platform, and will work closely with litigation teams to develop discovery plans, collect and analyze electronic data, and ensure quality in electronic discovery productions.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of various legal inquiries
• Serving as the technical expert for eDiscovery applications
• Developing discovery plans and executing data collection from FBI systems
• Analyzing search results and managing data in review platforms
• Coordinating with FBI units and providing training and technical assistance
• Documenting discovery procedures and supporting legal holds

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• At least 3 years in major litigation support projects
• 2 years of experience with Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD preferred

Compensation:

Base pay range: $176,400 - $254,800 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.
