Job Details

bout the Role:

Support, plan, and execute mid to large capital projects from design to startup.
Oversee construction management with a focus on safety, schedule, cost, and documentation.
pply engineering standards and project management procedures.
Provide technical guidance within the engineering scope.
Travel : Up to 20% to support projects at other sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead scope, schedule, and budget for capital projects using best practices.
Develop construction, commissioning, and startup plans.
ssist operations with troubleshooting and optimization.
Perform process engineering as needed to meet project goals.
Specify and procure equipment and manage bid packages for equipment and labor.
nalyze and solve engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems.
Design and improve manufacturing processes, instrumentation, and equipment.
Test products and processes to maintain quality.
Mentor and coach early-career engineers with hands-on training.
Work independently on complex issues and escalate only the most complex items.
Perform other duties as assigned.
