Ability to work remote: Hybrid 2-3days in office

Initiatives/Projects: AMG: Digital Client Platform & Collaboration Tools 2025

Industry background: Technical

Team Dynamic: made up of developers, testers, Scrum master, PO

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.

• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.

• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.

• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.

• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.

• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.

• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Oracle/SQL

• Jira

• Documentation tools

• API - Digital and customer facing

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Previous Management experience

Education/Certifications: Bach min-Skill set more important than certs

Screening Questions:

• What are a few critical scenarios where you were able to apply your skills to provide a solution, optimize a process, etc?

• How do you differentiate yourself among your other team members?

• Explain how you have been able to show innovation in your current/past role?

Interview Process: First round with HM 1 hr

Second will be technical 1hr
