Key Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements and support across core financial systems including General Ledger, AP, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
• Drive development of custom internal applications aligned with evolving business needs.
• Support systems related to fund, investment, and portfolio management in the private equity space.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Partner with FP&A to improve budgeting and financial reporting through internal tools.
• Build integrations between internal and third-party systems to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems implementation or support, or within finance/accounting functions.
• Strong communication and project management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting accounting users or working in an accounting role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Sage, or JD Edwards.
• Exposure to fund and investment management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL or T-SQL.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Scribe) and BI/reporting platforms (e.g., QlikView, SSRS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
