As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post - FT in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your visible presence and professional demeanor will contribute to a positive atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, respond to incidents as needed, and communicate clearly with team members. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment to help to deter prohibited activities.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the location.
• Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Remain visible and approachable to assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions or concerns.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
