Deployment, Configuration and Operate Oracle and Ribbon Client
Strong Experience on Oracle and Ribbon Client product line
Prior working experience in Managed Services environment
Cisco Unified Communication Applications: CUCM, CUC, IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP, MGCP, H323

Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Senior Engineer in a NOC, TAC, or PS setting
Ability to coordinate, lead, and influence teams solve complex networks and services during high pressure service impacting outages and incidents
Expertise in Webex calling, CUCM, Dial plan and IP phone configurations
Solid understanding of Oracle and Ribbon Client product line
Expert level knowledge on Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (Client), Session Delivery
Manager (SDM) and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM), Ribbon Client and Ribbon Analytics Platform
Advanced technical skills on Deploy, Configure, Upgrade and Operate Oracle ACME and Ribbon Client Suit
Deploy and Configure Oracle ACME Client and Ribbon Client products
Handling Day 2 Operational tasks related to Oracle ACME Client and Ribbon Client products
Troubleshooting integration issues between Client and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP, Call Manager and Phones
Working with Service Provide and Partner to troubleshoot SIP Trunk issues between Client and ITSP
Perform Configuration changes like Add Route, Modify Session Manipulation to fix call routing issues
While troubleshooting issues or part of changes, perform health checks on ACME Client and
Ribbon Client solution to detect problems.
Configure network interfaces, SIP trunks, call routing, session policies, and HMR rules to establiseamless communication and manipulation SIP message headers.
Configuration of Client and SIP trunks with peer Client / SIP proxy servers
Coordination with Carriers, vendor, OEM, Client technical Team for new deployment or upgradation
Capacity planning, handle device lifecycle and vulnerability management
Fundamental knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Applications: CUCM, CUC,
IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP, MGCP, H323,
Strong verbal and written communication, consulting, and relationship building skills with ability to work autonomously and thrive in a transformational environment
Ability to identify, prioritize, and drive service improvement opportunities.
