Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an ideal candidate having the following skills:

Rich and demonstrable set of technical skills in number of disciplines:

Java and Spring

SQL and non-sql databases (preferably MongoDB)

Messaging frameworks

Operating systems

High social intelligence and fluid communication skills required for brokering complex technical solutions between multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrable and in-depth experience in fixed income / capital markets and post-trade workflows. Strong Knowledge of Broadridge product 'Impact' is highly desirable.

Demonstrable experience of independently leading and delivering meaningful projects described in part as:

• Lead developer in a team of 4-6 developers.
• Development Complexity
• Development and delivery periods spanning over a year.
