Sales & Service Front Desk Associate Crunch Fitness Omaha Deerfield

What You'll Do:
- Drive membership sales through engaging conversations and solution-based selling
- Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Build relationships to match prospects with the right membership or service package
- Promote and sell retail products, add-ons, and upgrades
- Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits
- Share special offers, events, and promotions
- Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
- Support management with projects and daily operations
- Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
- Attend sales meetings and ongoing training

- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Confident reading, writing, and handling administrative tasks
- Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to learn sales strategies

- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality
