Under the direction of the project manager, you will possess a good working knowledge of negotiation/acquisition and documentation that needs to be completed by the claimant. This position is an as needed part-time role.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assists in property acquisition, negotiations
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Basic understanding of right of way laws
- Knowledge of the department of transportation's requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to learn new skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 0-2 years of experience. Position will primarily work in the field.

Pay transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
