Restoration Project Manager

Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor job progress, quality control, and crew performance.
• Handle documentation including estimates, change orders, and job costing.
• Resolve issues and delays promptly to keep projects on track.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes (water, fire, mold).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willmar, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
