Project Manager Mass Excavation/Mining

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale excavation and earthwork projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects, including specialized services such as large and small-scale excavation, demolition, gravel mining, and comprehensive earthwork solutions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all phases of mass excavation and earthwork projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, and field teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Foster strong client relationships and promote company values on every project.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing excavation, demolition, gravel mining, or large-scale earthwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation and earthmoving methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
