Restoration Estimator/ Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator who has the desire to grow with our company.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3yrs of estimating in the restoration industry required.
• Estimating commercial and residential mitigation & repair.
• Xactimate
• Restoration of water and fire damaged properties
• Basic building exterior envelope knowledge.
• Proficient at making and maintaining a construction schedule/timeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Large loss estimating experience.
• Relationships with insurance adjustors
• Relationships with property management professionals
• Construction experience in siding and trim replacement, mold remediation, window and door installation, working knowledge of building codes and standards, decks, framing, roofing and basic finish carpentry.
• The ability to screen and hire employees and subcontractors.
• Familiar with Dash/Nextgear software or the willingness to learn.
• IICRC Certification in Mold Remediation, Odor Removal, ASD, Fire & Smoke.
• Sage/Timberline software experience.
