Construction Estimator - Greater Bluffton, SC
A well-established construction company in the Greater Bluffton, SC area is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with both commercial and residential background to join their growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate, detailed estimates while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial and residential projects
  
• Manage estimating workflow and pipelines
  
• Prepare proposals, bid summaries, and change orders
  
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
  
• Develop value engineering alternatives
  
• Assist with accounts receivable through project management software
  
• Build and maintain strong vendor/subcontractor relationships
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction estimating (preferred)
  
• Proficiency with Construct, Buildertrend, or similar project management software
  
• Experience using Bluebeam, Planswift, or other take-off software
  
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy

Compensation: $65,000 - $125,000 (based on experience and employment type)
