CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Resource Management Specialist with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative 2.1 (ITI2.1) team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As a member of the ITI2.1 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Resource Manager and the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) in various staffing-related functions.
What you'll get to do:
- Support the subcontractor staffing process, including notifying of open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate feedback is provided
- Assist in managing the program's CACI Candidate Pipeline, ensuring routine contact with candidates and maximizing the use of available upgrade billets.
- Help prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for resource management processes (e.g., interview process, onboarding process, group management)
- Work with the DHS Security/EOD Specialist to manage input and report status for EOD and Security Clearance processing with CACI and Federal customers
- Support the APMO with staffing documentation, position tracking, and maintaining information in the Resource Tracking System.
- Serve as the Personnel Security Officer responsible for all activities associated with BIs and clearance processing:
- Operate independently to manage security projects, continuously triage and prioritize accordingly, communicate clearly and compellingly
- Support employees as they move through the clearance process to include prescreening and ensuring all required forms are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for both CACI and subcontractor personnel, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with all security and contractual requirements
You have:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to:
- 3 year check for felony convictions
- 1 year check for illegal drug use
- 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree (B.S.) in Business, Management Administration, or similar.
- Professional Experience: at least three (3) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts
You are good at:
- Developing standards and processes for onboarding CACI and Subcontractor personnel.
- Managing staffing documentation and position tracking
- Maintaining staffing information in a Resource Tracking System
- Familiarity with the general IT practices and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working with technically diverse and geographically separated teams
Bonus would be having:
- Familiarity with CACI recruiting processes and systems
- Familiarity with contract and financial management

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $66,100 - $135,600
