About You
You are a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist with a Master’s level degree or higher holding one of the following licenses: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (valid on a state-by-state basis), possess a valid NPI number, and have active malpractice insurance.
