Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Location: Farmington, ME
Schedule: Day shift – M-F 8-430 or a Baylor weekend shift – F/S/S or S/S/M
Duration: 13-17 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain
• Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes
• Conduct in-home patient assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels
Qualifications:
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required
• Current AHA BLS is required
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines using Oasis is Required
• Matrix Care EMR preferred, but will train during orientation
• 2 years of Home Health experience required

Mileage reimbursement is $0.60 per mile
