Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our Recruitment team in our office in Brick, NJ. This role will be responsible for handling all job postings in our Applicant Tracking System, performing various administrative tasks, and assisting the VP and Director with reporting and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position.
Hourly rate is $23-26/hour
Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage all job openings across the company's ATS.
• Prepare and distribute department-related communications.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
• Order and track all office supplies.
• Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment teams.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate, organized, and consistent with company standards.

• Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
