Recruiter

Senior Helpers Greater Dallas is a leading provider of in-home senior care services, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our elderly community members. We offer personalized care and support to ensure our clients maintain independence and dignity while receiving the assistance they need. The recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing new talent, interviewing and onboarding potential and future candidates.

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, dependable Recruiter to join our team. Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in recruiting processes. You will work along side a small team that functions cohesively to provide care needed in clients' homes.

Responsibilities :

• Source candidates from databases, job boards, and physical applications.
• Be innovative in creating new recruiting opportunities to attract additional talent.
• Manage all aspects of recruiting, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and processing offer letters.
• Conduct new hire orientations, process office and federal paperwork, coordinate with other office staff to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Partner with and communicate effectively with the Owner/CEO, office staff, caregivers, and clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees and clients
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with our organization

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Must be reliable, enthusiastic individual with outgoing personality
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse personalities.
• Detail oriented, organized individual with the ability to work autonomously with little supervision

Experience:

1-year prior experience strongly preferred

Compensation:

Pay: Starts at $17.00/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Full time 40 hours per weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm
