About the Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for allied health professionals seeking new assignments.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with candidates across various allied health disciplines, including radiology techs, surgical techs, therapists, and lab professionals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing and aligning with each candidate's preferences.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and applications via our app, website, or other communication channels.
• Oversee the hiring process from screening and interviewing to credentialing and successful job placement.
• Clearly communicate pay packages and job benefits to candidates.
• Proactively cultivate a pipeline of qualified allied health professionals for current and future roles.
• Utilize text, phone, email, and app-based outreach to promote available opportunities.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve challenges professionally and swiftly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and engage in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative idea sharing.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; experience in allied health recruiting is a plus.
• You are goal-oriented, driven by success, and passionate about helping others.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging candidates through phone, email, and text.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.
• Willingness to work onsite with a team and collaborate daily.
