Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr.
