LHH is partnering with a fast-growing, patient-first healthcare organization to hire a Recruiter II in Houston, TX. Job: Recruiter II

Location: Houston, TX 77080 (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $70,000$80,000+ annually

Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus + potential annual bonus

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles across the U.S.
• Manage 25+ open requisitions monthly with anticipated growth
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT) for sourcing, screening, and funnel diagnostics
• Build Boolean and semantic search strings to identify top talent
• Present recruiting dashboards and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, submittals-per-hire)
• Automate interview scheduling and candidate engagement workflows
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to improve hiring efficiency
• Support stay interviews and early-tenure retention strategies
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
• Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 2years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple states
• Strong sourcing and screening fundamentals; AI tool proficiency is a plus
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Experience recruiting for roles such as:
  • Delivery Drivers (Medical Equipment drivers)
  • Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
  • Finance Professionals
  • Operations and Admin Support

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using Paycom HRIS
• Proven ability to manage 25+ requisitions simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with comfort in building and interpreting recruiting metrics
