PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receptionist
- Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
- Perform excellent customer service
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Document calls for weekly call log report
2. Dispatch and Pending Follow-Up
- Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
- Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
- Analyze dispatch report
3. Schedule Tracking and General Administration
- Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
- Coordinate on-call schedule
- Perform general administration
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Entry level position previous receptionist/customer service experience preferred
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Competent typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable law
HOURS
- 40 hours/week
- Monday thru Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- Flexibility to work overtime when required

CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN NORCROSS/PEACHTREE CORNERS AREA.

In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.
