Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator I to join their team. As an Equipment Operator I, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Sayreville, NJ

Pay Range: $19.00/per hour + $1.43/benefit uplift per hour

Shift: 7 am - 3 PM, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate Raymond reach trucks to move and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Utilize RF guns and computer-generated tickets to accurately pick products
• Use I-Warehouse Machines to assist in warehouse operations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing steel toe boots
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of current Raymond reach truck experience
• Experience with RF gun operation and I-Warehouse Machines
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to pass a Reach Truck test and in-person interview
• Excellent attendance and performance history
