We are hiring Full-Time CDL holders with passenger and air brake endorsements to join our growing team of Bus Drivers!

Competitive Wages: $22.85 to $24.41 during the first year of employment

Certificates/Security Clearances/Other

Have a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements - no permits
21 year or older
High school diploma/GED preferred
No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 7 years
Pass Pre-employment essential function test
Pass Pre-employment drug test
Meet DOT physical qualifications
Be willing to work varied schedules, including weekends, Saturday and Sunday

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Safely operate a motor coach or transit bus over scheduled routes, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, fare collection, seating, and luggage as needed.
Communicate clearly and courteously with passengers regarding schedules, stops, and route information.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, incidents, and passenger counts as required.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance concerns.
Manage passenger safety and security, including handling emergencies and following established protocols.
Monitor and enforce passenger compliance with company rules (e.g., fare payment, safety regulations).
Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and maintenance teams regarding schedule changes, delays, or equipment issues.
Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a clean uniform and a courteous demeanor.
