QA Supervisor

Our client, a leading player in the food industry, is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall quality and safety of food products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and standards.

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
