Thriveworks is excited to invite applications for the role of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.

***Clinicians must hold a license and reside in the state where they will be practicing.***

*** We are currently offering a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for clinicians who provide 25 clinical hours or more per week. ***

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with an annual salary range of $130,000-$187,000 based on clinical hours worked (25-35 hours per week).

To enhance safety and ensure best practices, Thriveworks promotes thoughtful prescribing. We do not incentivize the use of stimulant medications; prescribing decisions are based solely on the client’s needs and clinician discretion. We do not currently treat substance use disorders and strive to refer clients to in-person providers for more severe symptoms not suited for telemedicine.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you will offer care to a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, primarily serving adults and adolescents with plans to expand services across all age groups.

Qualifications:

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous
Three years of experience preferred; 1 year of psychiatry practice required
Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state
Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and guidelines is required with certification.

What We Need:

Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine
Ability to treat clients aged 14 and above
Availability to work in-office at least 1 day a week
Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed
Develop care plans in collaboration with clients
Complete necessary paperwork and assessment tools for clients
Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines consistently
Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients and programs
