Principal Accountabilities

• Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) daily.
• Set up, tear down, and manage equipment operations in your department as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work in the US without humanitarian parole status concerning Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela as per the Federal Register Notice by DHS.
• Ability to meet medical requirements similar to those for obtaining a driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or agricultural environments.
• Experience with Cargill in prior roles.
• A work history within the past 12 months.
