Responsibilities

• Wash and clean restoration equipment
• Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
• Trim and maintain the weeds around the property
• Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
  • Make sure the lot is free of garbage and debris
  • Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage
  • Make sure areas around storage units are free of garbage and debris
• Wash and maintain company vehicles
• Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
• Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
• Wash windows inside and outside of buildings
• Clean office area
  • Vacuum
  • Take out garbage
  • Clean desks
• Clean bathrooms
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Honest and accountable
• Detail oriented is a must
• Strong communication skills is a plus
• Valid Driver's License

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Occasionally - Lifting objects/property
• Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
