Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine and transmission, electrical and steering systems, suspension and brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and estimated repair times.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Essential Skills:

• 23 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• ASE Certification.
• Possession of a basic set of tools (assistance provided if needed).
• C or B level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to learn new technologies and operate diagnostic equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Completion of a vocational automotive program (preferred but not required).
• Clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Work in a clean and organized automotive shop. The standard schedule includes 8-hour shifts from 7:45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) retirement plan, health insurance, and employee discounts.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
