Project Architect

The Project Architect will be actively involved in the design process from inception to completion, specifically focusing on worship and sr living projects. The role requires daily work in Revit and Photoshop for design and modeling tasks, with occasional responsibilities in client and consultant/subcontractor management. Preparing construction documents and participating in construction administration are essential aspects of the position.

Design and model projects using Revit and Photoshop.

Manage client and consultant/subcontractor interactions as needed.

Prepare construction documents and oversee construction administration.

Share responsibilities across project management, technical production, and client interfacing for faith-based, worship, and sr living projects.

Proficiency in Revit with a minimum of 5 years experience in worship, housing, sr living, mixed-use, or multi-family projects.

Experience in creating construction documents.

Four-year degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience with SketchUp is beneficial.

Familiarity with multi-family and mixed-use project design.

The position is based out of the Baltimore or DC office, working in a collaborative team environment typically consisting of one Project Manager and two Architects/Project Architects. The role offers significant responsibility and exposure to various projects beyond K-12, including housing, healthcare, and commercial projects. The work environment encourages broad skill development, supporting both design and construction phases, with a specific focus on worship and sr living projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.00/hr.
