In this role, you'll manage projects already in motion, helping drive them to the finish line by owning schedules, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation, while ensuring smooth delivery and high team performance. You'll collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, global process owners, and technical leadsso communication and leadership are key.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects or feature releases across technical and business domains
• Own project scope, schedule, issues, risks, and vendor coordination
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units, development teams, product owners, QA, and support functions
• Manage dependencies with internal and external teams and ensure project commitments are met on time and within scope
• Facilitate agile processes, track progress, and ensure high levels of team productivity and stakeholder satisfaction
• Report on status, milestones, and key risks to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment for both local and virtual/global project teams

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing complex software or business system projectsSalesforce experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and techniques (PMP certification a plus)
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process optimization
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and/or other business applications and integration technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsable to present to executive audiences and influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead global and virtual cross-functional teams
• Strong risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Bonus Points For:

• PMP or other formal project management certifications
• Experience with APIs, integration technologies, and web-based platforms
• Background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance
• Exposure to portfolio management and business value tracking

Pay Details: $65.00 to $80.00 per hour
