Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting strategic divestiture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: Very competitive hourly rate

What's the Job?

• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage expectations effectively
• Develop and implement solutions to address project issues and enhance customer relationships
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
