Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $140K-$170K (salary depends on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in at-risk contracts, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through execution.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to specifications.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and adherence to safety standards.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
At Risk Construction Management Experience
Ground Up Commercial Project Management experience ranging from $10M-$50M
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing at-risk construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
