This internship is intended for students in their penultimate academic year, who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or related field.

Google is a global company and, in order to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally, English proficiency is a requirement for this internship program.

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• Currently attending a degree program in the US and available to work full time for 12-14 weeks outside of university term time.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.
• Problem solving skills and an interest in taking on business problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$74,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

• Partner with Google Public Sector Program Managers and Recruiting stakeholders to build out the Talent Exchange growth strategy.
• Support the development of a fellowship program.
• Collect and analyze relevant data and take actions accordingly.
• Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communications and documentation.
