Program Manager, Data Center Acquisitions And Development

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Global Acquisition and Development Team is a critical component of Google's Cloud Infrastructure organization. We are responsible for the acquisition and pre-development of real estate to support the rapid expansion of Google's global data center footprint. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing and pre-positioning real estate for Google's data centers across America. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of land acquisition and pre-development projects, from initial site identification and analysis to negotiation and closing. You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, finance, and community engagement, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
