Project Manager-Water/Wastewater

Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager-Water/Wastewater, we'll count on you to:
•Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater related project
•Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
•Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meeting
•Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
•Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work efforts with project team to ensure that the work is completed within the agreed-upon budget
•Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project review
•Implement QA/QC procedure
•Supervise project staff and serve as a mentor to less experienced engineer
•Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
• Client relationships in the NY marketplace.
• Candidates who reside locally in the Syracuse or Buffalo area are preferred.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum 2 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
