Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor - Intermediate - JK1954 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor - Intermediate - JK1954, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Trenton, MI

Pay: $30/hour

What's the Job?

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Ensure production plans are met and analyze issues to drive continuous improvement activities
• Lead safety initiatives to maintain a safe workplace and enforce safety procedures
• Monitor quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide team leaders accordingly
• Coordinate manufacturing activities using the C-Matrix and support waste reduction projects

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
• Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams confidently
