$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees departmental manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met. This role collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily production and workforce performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implementing LEAN, 5S, and other process improvement strategies.
• Coordinating production schedules and resolving issues promptly.
• Driving quality assurance and process optimization.
• Leading training initiatives, including apprenticeship programs.
• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and capital projects.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ERP system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
• 7+ years of production management experience (precision machined metals preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and hands‑on production oversight.
