Operations Manager is a critical thought-leadership role that uses data to paint a process picture for their leadership team and business partners, inspiring them to execute with excellence. As an operational role model and partner, your influence will be key to shaping the business and family feel within the fulfillment center. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll support your team to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training to salaried leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to achieve operational KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze operational KPI metrics while implementing appropriate corrective action to ensure member orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other operations managers to drive efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment center.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring your team is properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
- Participate in company initiatives and programs to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction.
- Identify training and development needs while participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of salaried area managers.
- Support hourly associates and salaried leaders with internal career growth through mentoring, professional development, and stretch assignments.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance or related area OR 3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area.
