About the Team

Retail Bank Marketing Operations and Technology teams are at the forefront of enterprise strategies that affect Capital One, customers, and prospects. You will lead a high-performing, blended team of data analysts and product managers, owning the vision and execution of our marketing performance data products. The goal is to transform large, complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting tools that influence multi-million dollar marketing investments and enhance customer engagement and prospect acquisition across all channels.

This role powers the data-driven engine that drives growth and directly impacts the bottom line by enabling leadership, marketers, and analysts with clear insights.

You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including defining the strategic roadmap, gathering stakeholder requirements, and overseeing the development and maintenance of robust data infrastructure that supports your products. You should be a visionary leader who blends a strong product mindset with deep technical data expertise and a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Compensation and Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Location-specific ranges are provided for Sr. Mgr, Product Management:

• McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300
• New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300
• Riverwoods, IL: $175,500 - $200,300
• Wilmington, DE: $175,500 - $200,300

Candidates hired in other locations will be paid according to the relevant local pay range. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
