About The Team
As the Production Director you will report to the Head of Production. You will be responsible to lead the Production Organization responsible to attain the production schedule at Launched Effects in Atlanta, Georgia. You will directly lead the team of Production Managers, the Continuous Improvement Lead, and the Production Coordinator. You will work cross functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations Quality leadership and their teams to ensure the successful execution of our manufacturing system and processes.

What You'll Do

• Process Optimization – Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Anduril’s Manufacturing System
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project budgets, track progress and ensure we are continually focused on operational cost reduction
• Production Attainment – Achieve the production schedule as planned on time, while minimizing unplanned overtime
• Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and solutions
• Resource Management – Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment to successfully achieve production schedule
• Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could block the attainment of the production schedule
• Cross Functional Collaboration – Coordinate between the Operations functional teams and supporting organizations
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations with a focus on mechanical and electronic sub-assembly work
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, operations quality and empowered teams
• Experience leading teams with direct organizational oversight
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and align cross functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growing capacity at a rapid pace within a manufacturing leadership role
• Experience with manufacturing products procured through FAR/DFAR contracts
  

US Salary Range$136,000—$204,000 USDBenefits
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
