Benefits Manager

Creative Financial Staffing has teamed up with a leading private equity firm in Boston's Back Bay to identify a Benefits Manager to join their team. About the Company Seeking a Benefits Manager:

• Business: World renowned Private Equity Firm headquartered in Boston

• Work Schedule: Hybrid with three days in office

• Administration of employee benefits including health insurance, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, disability insurance, and other related benefits
• Collaborate with vendors for enrollment, changes, and termination of benefit plans
• Assist in the development and communication of employee benefits policies and procedures
• Conduct audits of benefit carriers
• Review 5500s
• Maintain benefits records and produce reports when requested
• Administer and update leave requests in conjunction with management and the payroll department

• Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or experience equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration
• Experience with one major ERP and Microsoft Excel required; experience with Workday is highly preferred
• Ability to handle time sensitive and confidential information with appropriate attention
