Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information.

The Trust and Safety team works to keep the platform secure. The team leverages technology, including AI and Machine Learning, alongside policies and partnerships, to identify and mitigate risks. As the Product Manager, you will lead the safety strategy for YouTube's next generation of interactive features. You will be responsible for defining and building the protections that allow our community to connect and engage with confidence. This involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, policy, and operations teams to embed safety-by-design principles from the ground up. Your work will focus on developing AI-powered systems to detect and prevent issues, setting a new standard for user protection in dynamic digital spaces.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
