What does a successful Product Manager/ACH Core Products do at Fiserv?

You will support the entire product lifecycle for the Telecheck Core ACH products.

What you will do:

• Create and maintain product documentation and coordinate trainings to support your products.
• Can dig deep into data and trends and use the information to tell your story.
• Leverage data to gain insights and hypothesize on how to best innovate and improve our platform for our customers.
• Able to dig deep into the weeds while maintaining a 10,000-foot view.
• Thrives solving complex business problems and disseminating them into small, manageable deliverables.
• Has the ability to listen and collaborate in highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to lead and influence up and down the organization.
• Looks for an opportunity to learn and be endlessly curious about how to make the business better.

What you will need to have:

• High School graduate/GED
• 3 years in Product Management, Consulting, Product Operations or Compliance.
• 3 years of payment industry experience.
• Efficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tool sets.

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Nacha AAP certification
• Pragmatic Marketing certification.
• Experience writing detailed business requirements.
• Efficient with SQL.
• Experience with product management software like Jira.

How you will work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
