Meet the Team

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, as well as experienced product managers and senior leadership. You will also engage with senior leadership to align product strategies, present key insights, and implement process improvements, all while contributing to high-impact projects.

Your Impact

You will drive projects with market analysis and product definition while applying product management skills and methodologies. You work cross-functionally through Cisco channels, business units and internal organizations and work with product managers to build:

• Product strategy documents including marketing requirements
• Product requirements
• Product life-cycle-commit process
• Job-role analysis

You will present to the leadership and other members of the organization, identify process gaps and process implementation planning as you continue to support and further build change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include: Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Available to work full-time during the Spring 2026 semester (January - May)
• Growing understanding of networking concepts, analytical concepts and product management concepts
• Familiarity with project management basics, requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization; interest in learning how roadmaps are built.
• Ability to analyze data, product metrics, and market research to inform decisions; comfort using tools like Excel or similar.
• Curiosity and foundational understanding of technology concepts (software, coding basics, AI/ML principles). Prior exposure to AI/ML projects is a plus, but not required.
• Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
