Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working with commercial paint products. As a Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your goal will be to resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure they have a positive experience. Additionally, staying informed about product features and maintaining the visual and quality standards of our offerings is vital to your success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assisting customers in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building strong relationships with wholesale customers based on trust and support.
• Accurately processing sales transactions according to company policies.
• Achieving sales goals and maintaining organized work order files.
• Handling product mixing and tinting to meet customer specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Occasionally making deliveries and assisting with inventory management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Experience selling paint and related products.
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
