Process Flow Coordinator

Our client, a well-known American cosmetics company, is seeking a Process Flow Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, allowing them to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Location: Blaine, MN

Pay Range: $23-$25hr

2nd shift | Mon-Fri | 2pm-11:30pm

What will you be doing?

• Planning and coordination to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and promptly.
• Keen eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of warehouse logistics.
• Maintaining a seamless workflow and ensuring that all warehouse processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Split time between office planning and on-the-floor activities.

What do you bring?

• Must have experience in SAP
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong computer literacy
• Warehouse experience
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Experience in order picking
• Ability to be on the floor for 6+ hours as needed
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
