We're seeking compassionate Hospice Medical Social Workers with the following qualifications:

• A Master's in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
• At least one year of experience in a social work role within a healthcare setting
• A valid, good-standing Medical Social Worker license issued by the state where you work
• Current driver's license and ability to drive to/from patient locations for about 20% of your day
• A commitment to consistently meeting critical deadlines for documentation
• Strong self-management skills for time and scheduling
• Experience using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
